Chart Custom Animation
- Insert Your Chart: Open your PowerPoint presentation and navigate to the slide where you want to add the chart. Insert your chart by going to Insert > Chart and selecting the type of chart you want to use.
- Select the Chart: Click on the chart to select it. This will enable the Chart Tools tab in the ribbon.
- Open the Animation Pane: Go to the Animations tab and click on Animation Pane to open it on the right side of the screen.
- Add Animation: With the chart selected, click on Add Animation in the Animations tab. Choose an animation effect from the dropdown menu. Common choices for charts include Appear, Fade, or Wipe.
- Customize Animation: Click on the animation in the Animation Pane to customize it. You can adjust the Start option (On Click, With Previous, After Previous), Duration, and Delay to control the timing of the animation.
- Animate Chart Elements: To animate individual elements of the chart (e.g., series, categories), click on Effect Options in the Animations tab. Choose how you want the elements to animate (e.g., By Series, By Category).
- Preview and Adjust: Use the Preview button in the Animations tab to see how your animation looks. Make any necessary adjustments to ensure the animation flows smoothly.
- Save Your Presentation: Once you are satisfied with the animation, save your presentation by going to File > Save.
