Very well delivered, all questions very answered quickly and informatively. Everything was explained in detail and if not initially understood, they was a very effective breakdown to ensure we understood fully what was being taught. A good range of basic information of excel, supported by more detailed formulas and functions when requested, and even tailored specifically to our work related needs when asked. Very friendly and helpful trainer. Potentially not quite as advanced as we could have handled, but the trainer made every effort to provide more work when we had finished the initial plan so cannot fault :)
