Remember the old Out of Office reply? It would seem that this would be a misnomer. What do I mean? Well, if you are familar with Microsoft's latest marketing about Office 365, you know, being able to access your email and other office files from anywhere on any device. Then the term Out of Office doesn't seem to apply as much as it did.

So, the now renamed Automatic Replies feature, is one that is particularly handy. Allowing you to send different messages to those inside and outside your organisation. Giving you an opportunity to set up rules for your incoming messages. To top it off, you can also set a time that you want the reply to be switched off.
