Looking to create presentations quickly without starting from a blank slide? This session is part of our 90-minute Microsoft Copilot training series, designed to help you build practical Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 skills quickly using real workplace scenarios.
In this 90-minute PowerPoint with Copilot training session, you will learn how to turn rough ideas, notes, and prompts into a complete, structured presentation using Copilot in PowerPoint.
Rather than starting with empty slides, you will explore how to work alongside Copilot to generate a strong first draft presentation quickly. You will also learn how Copilot structures slides, organises content, and responds to prompts, helping you guide it more effectively and achieve better results.
The session also focuses on refining Copilot-generated presentations so they feel clearer, more professional, and easier for audiences to follow. You will learn practical techniques for improving slide flow, presentation structure, and overall communication without spending unnecessary time designing from scratch.
By the end of the session, you will have created a complete presentation and gained the confidence to produce professional slides more quickly using Microsoft PowerPoint with Copilot.
This session is part of our PowerPoint with Copilot 90-minute training series.
Each 90-minute training session focuses on a different stage of creating presentations using Copilot in PowerPoint. You can attend individual sessions or complete all four parts to build confidence and work more efficiently in Microsoft PowerPoint.
Course Duration: 90 Minutes
Open Microsoft PowerPoint and look for the Copilot button on the Home tab. You can also open the main Copilot chat panel and check the bottom-left corner. It should display either 'Basic' or 'Premium'.
The Premium version is recommended for this training, as some PowerPoint Copilot features may be limited in the Basic version.

Throughout the session, you will complete practical hands-on exercises based on real workplace scenarios. Each activity is designed to help you build confidence creating presentations more efficiently using Microsoft PowerPoint with Copilot.
