This PowerPoint with Copilot training session focuses on helping you structure presentations so they are clear, organised, and easier for audiences to follow.
Once you have created a first draft presentation using Copilot in PowerPoint, the next step is shaping that content into a more structured and effective slide deck. You will explore how to guide Copilot to organise ideas into logical sections, improve presentation flow, and reduce common issues such as overcrowded or text-heavy slides.
You will also learn how to turn large amounts of information into concise, readable slide content that keeps audiences engaged and focused. By understanding how to refine slide structure, layouts, and messaging, you can create presentations that are not only quicker to produce, but also clearer and more impactful.
By the end of this PowerPoint with Copilot training session, you will feel more confident creating structured presentations that communicate ideas clearly and professionally.
This session is part of our PowerPoint with Copilot 90-minute training series.
Each 90-minute training session focuses on a different stage of creating presentations using Copilot in PowerPoint. You can attend individual sessions or complete all four parts to build confidence and work more efficiently in Microsoft PowerPoint.
Course Duration: 90 Minutes
Open Microsoft PowerPoint and look for the Copilot button on the Home tab. If you can use Copilot to generate, edit, or improve slides, then Copilot is available on your account.
To check whether you have the full Premium version, open the main Copilot chat panel and look at the bottom-left corner. It should clearly display the word "Premium". If it does not appear, or some features are unavailable, you may be using the basic version.
The Premium version is recommended for this training, as some PowerPoint Copilot features may be limited in the basic version.

Throughout the session, you will complete practical hands-on exercises based on real workplace scenarios. Each activity is designed to help you structure, organise, and refine presentations more effectively using Microsoft PowerPoint with Copilot.
