Once you have a presentation, the next step is improving it without rebuilding everything. In this PowerPoint with Copilot training session, you'll learn how to refine and enhance existing slides to improve clarity, strengthen messaging, and make your content more engaging.
Rather than starting again, you'll focus on making targeted improvements that save time while keeping your structure intact. You'll explore how to guide Copilot in PowerPoint to rewrite content, reduce unnecessary text, and improve the overall flow of your slides.
This approach allows you to keep what already works while enhancing the areas that need attention. By the end of the session, you'll have the confidence to improve presentations quickly and effectively, without losing control of your original content.
This session is part of our PowerPoint with Copilot 90-minute training series.
Each 90-minute training session focuses on a different stage of creating presentations using Copilot in PowerPoint. You can attend individual sessions or complete all four parts to build confidence and work more efficiently.
Course Duration: 90 Minutes
Open Microsoft PowerPoint and look for the Copilot button on the Home tab. If you can click it and generate or edit slides using Copilot, then it is available on your account.
To check if you have the full (Premium) version, open Copilot and look at the bottom of the panel. It should clearly say "Premium". If it does not, or if features are limited, you may be using the basic version.

Throughout the session, you'll complete practical, hands-on exercises to apply what you''ve learned. Each topic is supported with guided activities, helping you improve and refine presentations using Copilot in real-world scenarios.
