Creating and improving slides is only part of the presentation process. This PowerPoint with Copilot training session focuses on refining presentations and preparing them for confident delivery using Copilot in PowerPoint.
During the session, you will learn how to make final refinements to wording, tone, clarity, and slide messaging using Copilot. You will also explore how to guide Copilot with more precise prompts to make targeted improvements while keeping control of the final presentation.
You will also focus on preparing presentations for delivery, making sure your slide flow feels natural, your structure supports your message, and your content is easier for audiences to follow. The goal is not simply to create better slides, but to feel more confident presenting them.
By the end of this PowerPoint with Copilot training session, you will feel more confident refining presentations quickly and delivering them with greater clarity and professionalism.
This session is part of our PowerPoint with Copilot 90-minute training series.
Each 90-minute training session focuses on a different stage of creating presentations using Copilot in PowerPoint. You can attend individual sessions or complete all four parts to build confidence and work more efficiently in Microsoft PowerPoint.
Course Duration: 90 Minutes
Open Microsoft PowerPoint and look for the Copilot button on the Home tab. If you can use Copilot to generate, edit, or improve slides, then Copilot is available on your account.
To check whether you have the full Premium version, open the main Copilot panel and look at the bottom-left corner. It should clearly display the word "Premium". If it does not appear, or some features are unavailable, you may be using the basic version.
The Premium version is recommended for this training, as some PowerPoint Copilot features may be limited in the basic version.
