If you've not heard or used Microsoft Power Automate before then think of it as a little assistant that can pretty much do anything within the Microsoft 365 environment. And it isn't too shabby at handling applications outside the 365 environment as well.
So imagine that you wanted to create some sort of approval process whenever someone uploads a file to a SharePoint site or a OneDrive folder. That way, whenever someone uploads a file or modifies a file in a particular folder, the person who is responsible for approving the file automatically receives an email message. The email contains two buttons, Approve and Reject buttons which allow the approver to make a decision right within the email. After a choice has been made the file can either be moved to the Approve folder or Reject folder depending on the button the approver click on in the Email. You can even add a third, custom, option allowing the approver to delete the file entirely. It's up to you.
