Calculate Cumulative Totals for Financial Periods
Power BI cumulative totals is the way to go for creating figures to be used on a line chart that accumulate over time. Especially when it comes to dates that are outside of the ordinary Gregorian calendar. For example it may be that your companies financial year starts on the first Sunday in June and runs for 12 - 13 periods. Each period being four seven day weeks.
