Microsoft OneDrive Course - 3 Hours Overview

During the course, delegates will organise files and folders, share information securely and collaborate on Microsoft 365 documents. They will also explore version history, file recovery, synchronisation and Files On-Demand.

By the end of the session, delegates will understand where their files are stored, how sharing permissions work and how to resolve common OneDrive problems. They will be able to manage business files more efficiently while reducing unnecessary email attachments and duplicate documents.

  • File locations - Recognise where files are stored and the different ways they can be accessed.

Getting Started with OneDrive Online

  • Accessing OneDrive - Open OneDrive through the Microsoft 365 app launcher.
  • OneDrive interface - Become familiar with the main navigation areas and file controls.
  • Finding content - Use Home, My Files, Shared, Favourites and Recycle Bin to locate files.
  • Search and filters - Find files quickly using names, keywords, file types and other filters.

Managing Files and Folders
