Learn how to manage calendars, schedule meetings and collaborate more effectively using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Copilot. This practical 90-minute course focuses on the Outlook calendar features used by organisations every day, helping delegates coordinate meetings, manage availability and improve workplace collaboration.
Many Microsoft 365 users ask questions such as "How do I schedule meetings in Outlook?", "How do I share my Outlook calendar?", "How do I manage someone else's calendar?" and "How can Copilot help with meetings?". This course provides practical answers through demonstrations, real-world examples and hands-on exercises.
Delegates will learn how to create appointments, schedule Teams meetings, use the Scheduling Assistant, manage recurring appointments and work with multiple calendars. The course also covers calendar sharing, managing calendars on behalf of colleagues, creating contact groups and finding people within an organisation.
Using Microsoft Copilot, delegates will discover how to prepare for meetings more efficiently, create meeting agendas, summarise meeting information and identify actions, responsibilities and commitments. This course is ideal for Microsoft 365 users who want to improve meeting management, calendar organisation and workplace collaboration.
This course forms Part 2 of our Learn Outlook with Copilot in 90 Minutes series. Each session can be attended independently, or combined to build a complete understanding of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Copilot for workplace productivity.
Progress through all four parts to develop practical skills in Outlook email management, calendar scheduling, meeting collaboration, task management, personal productivity and Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365.
Course Duration: 90 Minutes
