It's true that in our everyday life in using Microsoft Outlook the number of Emails can be overwhelming. Sometimes organising Emails by means of Filters, Rules and other methods just isn't as effective as you would want. Say for example you want to follow up on an email by a certain date or simple create a task so that it's a little easier keeping a track on the email. This short video will show you how.

  1. Ensure you're on the Inbox
  2. Drag the Email you want to convert to a task down to the task icon bottom left.
  3. Your Email is now a task.
